To set up Auto Calibrate on your V16 controller, follow these steps:

1. Connect the System:

   • Ensure that your hose, pole, and brush are connected to the pump system, and that all components are primed and free of air.

2. Turn on the Controller:

   • Press the Power button to turn on the V16 controller.

3. Enter Calibration Mode:

   • Press and hold both the Up and Enter buttons together until “CAL” appears on the display.

4. Select Auto Calibration (Auto Cal):

   • While “CAL” is displayed, press the Down button repeatedly until “AUt” (Auto Calibration) appears on the screen.
   • Press the Enter button to start Auto Cal. The display will start from a high calibration value, e.g., C99, and will adjust automatically.

5. Complete Auto Calibration:

   • After a few moments, the controller will display a new CAL value (e.g., C50), which represents the optimal setting for your system.
   • Press Enter again to save and exit calibration mode.

6. Set Desired Flow Rate:

   • Adjust the flow rate using the Up button until the display shows your preferred rate, usually around 30 for standard use.

This completes the Auto Calibrate setup, and your V16 controller should now be optimised for use with your system.
