What do the error codes on my V16 controller mean?

The error codes for the V16 controller on your Streamline equipment are as follows:

  1. dE – Dead End Detected:

    • Indicates a blockage or closed valve somewhere in the system. The pump has been shut off by the controller to prevent damage.
    • Solution: Check hoses and tubing for blockages. If none are found, increase the calibration setting on the controller to make it less sensitive to minor obstructions.
  2. PS – Pressure Switch Activated:

    • Triggered when the pressure exceeds the set limit, which could indicate a blockage or excessive resistance in the flow.
    • Solution: Inspect for any blockages, especially in the pump or filter, and reduce the pump speed if necessary.
  3. BAT – Low Battery Warning:

    • Displays when battery voltage is below 11.5V, signalling a need for recharge.
    • Solution: Recharge your battery soon. If the voltage falls further, the pump will shut off automatically.
  4. FLO - Filling Mode Active:

    • The system is currently filling the tank, controlled by a level switch that will shut off when full.
    • Solution: No action needed if tank filling is intentional.
